Prohibited Content / 禁止內容
Customers are not allowed to use the service for any illegal activities and agree not to engage in, participate in, allow, or facilitate any prohibited activities, including but not limited to: / 客戶不得利用服務從事任何違法活動,並承諾不進行、參與、允許或促進以下被禁止的行為,包括但不限於:
- Infringing any third party's intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights; / 侵犯任何第三方的知識產權或宣傳/隱私權;
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations; / 違反任何適用的法律或法規;
- Engaging in deceitful or fraudulent activities; / 涉及欺騙或欺詐活動;
- Posting defamatory, violent, overtly harmful, obscene, or infringing on civil rights content; / 發布誹謗性、暴力、明顯有害、淫穢或侵犯公民權利的內容;
- Spreading viruses or other harmful software intended to damage systems, data, or personal information; / 傳播病毒或其他意圖損害系統、數據或個人信息的惡意軟體;
- Undertaking unwarranted attacks or running CPU-intensive programs; / 進行無故攻擊或運行 CPU 密集型程序;
- Sending spam or engaging in large-scale marketing; / 發送垃圾郵件或進行大規模營銷;
- Engaging in any form of illegal file sharing or storage; / 從事任何形式的違法文件分享或存儲;
- Exceeding the service allocation of resource usage. / 超出服務分配的資源使用範圍。
Product Specifications and Personal Data Policy / 產品規格與個人資料政策
All products are preset with 1vCPU, 1GB RAM, and 10GB DISK. According to local laws, customers must provide true personal information (name, address, phone number). Services will be immediately terminated without a refund if false information is discovered. Customers should avoid actions that could damage the panel settings; if issues arise, customers should attempt repairs themselves or try reinstalling. / 全數產品預設為 1vCPU、1GB RAM、10GB DISK。依當地法律要求,請填寫真實的個人資料(姓名、地址、電話)。經發現將立即中止且不提供退款。請不要做可能會造成面板設定出問題的動作,如果出問題請自己修復或嘗試重裝。
High Usage Policy / 高使用率政策
Customers must operate within our service parameters and should not engage in any behavior that damages server performance. Specific regulations include: / 客戶必須在我們的服務使用參數內操作,不得進行任何破壞服務器性能的行為。具體規定包括:
- High CPU Usage: Services should not suddenly reach or exceed 95-100% utilization within five minutes, and the average utilization should not exceed 50% over any two-hour period. / 高 CPU 使用率:服務不能在五分鐘內突然達到或超過 95-100% 的使用率,並且在任何兩小時內的平均使用率不能超過 50%。
- High Load: The 15-minute average load of the service should not exceed the number of full logical cores assigned, and the daily average load should not exceed 70% of the full logical cores assigned. / 高負載:服務的 15 分鐘平均負載不能高於分配的完整邏輯核心數,並且一天的平均負載不能超過分配的完整邏輯核心數的 70%。
- High Email Volume: We reserve the right to block port 25 in customer services. A customer can send up to 100 emails per hour, and the average weekly email volume must remain similar—no bursts allowed. / 高郵件量:我們保留在客戶服務中阻止端口 25 的權利。客戶每小時最多只能發送 100 封電子郵件,並且每週必須保持相似的平均郵件量——不允許突發。
- High I/O: Customer services should not exceed 80 IOPS on average over any two-hour period, and disk writes should not exceed 300MB/s over any ten-minute period. / 高 I/O:客戶服務在任何兩小時內平均不能超過 80 次 IOPS,在十分鐘內平均不能超過 300MB/s 的磁盤寫入。
- High Network Utilization: Customer services should not exceed 50,000 conntrack sessions at any given time, and should not use more than the assigned bandwidth. / 高網絡使用率:客戶服務在任何給定時間不能超過 50,000 個 conntrack 會話,並且不能使用超過分配的帶寬。
Abuse Policy / 濫用政策
Any violation of the prohibited activities may result in immediate cancellation/termination of services without refund or notice. Violations will trigger the following process: / 任何違反禁止活動的行為將導致立即取消/終止服務,恕不退款或通知。違規行為將觸發以下處理流程:
- First Offense: Contact the customer; abuse report sent—reply required within 24 hours or suspension. / 初犯:聯繫客戶;已發送濫用報告——要求在 24 小時內回复或暫停;
- Second Offense: Suspend customer service; customer must contact us to appeal the abuse report. / 第二次違規:暫停客戶服務;客戶必須聯繫我們對濫用報告提出上訴;
- Third Offense: Close customer account—所有服務將被暫停和終止。 / 第三次違規:客戶賬戶關閉——所有服務將被暫停和終止。
